Quick Tip: 2 Weeks before Prom confirm your plans with your friends and date. You will also want to order any boutonnieres, bouquets or corsages that compliment the coral color of your Prom Dress.

Let’s face it; no one is the perfect model size. That means that prom dress alterations may be a necessary part of purchasing any coral prom dress. While alterations may be time consuming they are worth it if you want your coral prom dress to look perfect on you. When getting alterations you will want to ask to see a sample of the seamstresses work. You will also want to ask for an alteration quote before you leave your coral prom dress with the seamstress, this way no one is surprised.

Adding Length: Our dresses usually fit the average height of 5’8”. All of the models shown in our photos are between the heights of 5’8” and 5’10”. Taller girls may want to consider doing the following: Making their coral dress a high low hem. High low hems are just as popular as floor length dresses. High low hems are shorter in the front (9” or more off the floor) and low in the back (how the dress normally fits). Another option would be to wear flats instead of heels; which would be more comfortable as well. You could also purchase a shawl or buy additional fabric to add to the bottom of the dress.
