Let’s face it; no one is the perfect model size. That means that Prom dress alterations may be a necessary part of purchasing any prom dress. While alterations may be time consuming they are worth it if you want it to look perfect on you. When getting alterations you will want to ask to see a sample of the seamstresses work. You will also want to ask for an alteration quote before you leave your Prom dress with the seamstress, this way no one is surprised.

If you need the merchandise sooner you have the option to select 2 day air or next day air for an additional price. Since we are not the shipping company, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost shipments once the package leaves our warehouse. Under most circumstances, we ship our Prom and homecoming dresses through UPS. The same day your package leaves our warehouse we will send you the UPS tracking number. This way you can track your merchandise every step of the way until it reaches its destination. If for some reason we do not have your Prom dress in stock or cannot get it by your wear date, we will notify you immediately and there will be no charge to your credit card.
