Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. At Peaches Boutique our policy is ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, No returns, No Exchanges, No Exceptions! This is our policy in both our retail store and our online store, and you will find this with any retail or online dress shop due to the nature of the business.

Q. What are some tips if I'm coming to your store to shop?
A.

  • Get to the store in plenty of time before we close
  • Due to the heavy crowd of shoppers this time of the year we ask that you limit the number of friends and family you bring into the store. We do not have seating and prom dress shopping is not the ideal place for children
  • Bring pictures of the dresses you are interested in, not just the style numbers or a description
  • When you arrive first pick out up to 3 dress you are interested in, don't worry if they are not the exact style, color, and size you need as we have 75% of our dresses in our back warehouse
  • Once you grab your dresses head to the fitting rooms to take a number and get in line
  • Once your number is called you will receive your own experienced sales associate you will pull the dresses you need from the back
  • Do not call the store ahead of time to see if we have a certain dress in stock, we can not tell you
  • Do not call the store to see if a certain dress has been sold to your school, we can not tell you
  • Do not come to the counter at the store to see where a certain dress is located or if we have it in stock
  • All of this is done once you get into a fitting room

    Q. Can you check stock over the phone?
    A. No, please do not call the store to find out if we have a dress in stock before you order it or come into the store. We can not check stock for you, our inventory moves to quickly so we are unable to tell you accurately if a certain dress is in stock. You will not know until you place the order or come into the store

    Q. Can I call to see if a dress has been sold to my school?
    A. No, this is only done if you are in the store or online after you've placed an order

    Q. How do I place an order?
    A. Once you find the item you are interested in click on it and you will be taken to the products detail page. On that page, you can select your size, color, and any accessories. Once you have everything you need, simply select the option to "add to bag" and you can check out at anytime by selecting the checkout button.

    Q. What types of Payment do you accept?
    A. We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover. AMEX we only take in the store itself.

    Q. How will my item (s) be shipped?
    A. We will ship your order via any of the major carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL. You decide the method of shipping such as ground, 2 day, or overnight. Regular ground shipping is free in the 48 US states on orders of $100 or more and is $35 for Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping charges on 2nd day and overnight for Hawaii and Alaska as well as all international orders will vary. We will be happy to quote shipping costs to your country before you order. Please send us an email with the items you are interested in and your shipping address, and we will respond with estimated shipping costs. You will be responsible to pay for any taxes or custom duties payable in your own country once your dress arrives there. Click here for more shipping informaiton

    Q. Is the information I send over the Internet safe?
    A. All the information you send over our website is strictly confidential and is protected by our SSL certified web site. Your email will not be given to any outside sources without your permission.

    Q. How do I use the search option of your site?
    A. Our search engine option is unlike any you will ever see in the dress industry. You can search by color, by designer, by occasion, by dress type, or by style number. Simply put in your option and our search will display any and all of the dresses that match your request.

    Q. How long does it take to receive the product I order?
    A. Once your order has been placed it will be processed within 24-48 business hours. If the item you order is in stock, it will ship the next business day. If we need to order the gown from our warehouse, we will notify you of the ship date. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday and we have it in stock and you request overnight or 2nd day air shipping, your gown will not ship until Monday. If the gown is not in stock then overnight or 2nd day air shipping takes place once the gown comes in and is shipped from our store.

    Q. What happens after I place an order?
    A. After you place an order, you will receive a processing email letting you know your order was received. Next, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date for your order. Lastly, you will be sent a shipped email with a tracking number for your package. If for some reason the item you order is not available before your wear date, we will notify you after your order has been processed and suggest other products very similar to what you were looking for.

    Q. How do I check the status of my order?
    A. Simply log in to your account you have established at www.peachesboutique.com. There you can check the status of your order.

    Q. What if my dress is not available?
    A. If your dress is not in stock and for some reason we cannot order it directly from the designer, we will notify you and give you other options to choose from.

    Q. When is my credit card charged?
    A. Your card is charged as soon as the order has been processed to assure there is sufficient funds before we place the order.

    Q. How do I find the correct size?
    A. On every product detail page you will have the option to view the size chart for the designer of the dress you are ordering. Keep in mind that over 90% of special occasion dresses need alterations. We are not responsible for dresses that do not fit, those size charts are direct from the manufacturers and they cut their dresses according to those size measurements.

    Q. What is a wear date?
    A. A wear date is the date in which you need the dress for.

    Q. What if I want a dress in a color that is not listed?
    A. The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors in which that style dress is produced in.

    Q. Do you have your own catalog?
    A. We do not have our own catalog, but if you are interested in seeing the dresses in person, simply print out the pictures from the website and once you are in the store, a sales associate would be happy to find certain styles for you.

    Q. Do you have a brick and mortar establishment?
    A. Our very successful brick and mortar establishment is in Chicago, IL where we have been in business for over 20 years. We recently moved into a 10,000 square foot store that is fully dedicated to prom and special occasion dresses.

    Q. What are your store hours?
    A. At Peaches Boutique, we have a first come, first serve basis. If you're coming to the store to try on dresses during the week, we do recommend getting here by 7 p.m. The weekends are our busiest time during prom so our best advice is to be here either when we open or shortly after at the latest. We are an incredibly busy store and want to make sure we are able to provide the best possible customer service by giving you plenty of time to try on dresses.

    Q. Do you take appointments to try on dresses in the store?
    A. No, we do not take appointments. We operate on a first come, first serve basis.

    Q. Where do I park at Peaches?
    A. Peaches is located in a strip mall with many other stores. Parking is very limited in the front. Please do not park in any of the 15 minute parking spots or the laundromat across the street.

    Q. How many dresses do you keep in stock?
    A. We have over 10,000 dresses in stock. At Peaches Boutique, nearly all the dresses you see on our website we do have in the store. Simply print out pictures of the gowns you are interested in and once you are in the store and in the fitting rooms, the sales associate helping you will show you the dresses you are interested in.

    Q. Can we get our dress altered at Peaches?
    A. If you purchased your dress at Peaches we do have an alterations service available. Alterations generally take up to 4 weeks or the day before your event.

    Q. Who pays for the alterations?
    A. Alterations are paid for by the customer. Your dress must be paid in full before alteraions will occurr. Any additional alterations must be paid by the customer as well.
