Shipping Information
All times are business days. The shipping method you choose takes place once your order is ready to ship. It is not from your order date. We will notify you of your estimated ship date in 2-3 business days after you place your order. Free shipping is on internet orders only. International Customers must pay for any international shipping charges such as customs and duties. Some international shipping charges can be more than stated on your checkout, in those cases we will notify you immediately. We can not send items as a gift. To save time and money international customers can get a US address through our international carrier bongo and they will ship the items to you directly.

We will ship your order via UPS or USPS for PO Boxes and APO/FPO's. You decide the method of shipping such as free saver, ground, 3 day, 2 day, or overnight. Super Saver Shipping is free on orders over $250 (not available for phone orders). All other charges and available shipping methods will be determined in your shopping cart once you provide us with your shipping address. It is important to note that shipping takes place from the date we have your dress ready not from the date you place the order. If your order is in stock then the dress will ship immediately otherwise we will notify you of the ship date and apply your shipping method you choose from that date. Unfortunately we can not confirm a ship date before an order is placed.
To save money and time international customers can also ship through our shipping partner bongo who will supply you with a US address to which we sent your order to and then they ship the item to you. For international orders we are not allowed to send orders as gifts. Customers are responsible for customs, duties, or any other charges related to international shipping.
