US Customers

• Shipped via UPS (not available to ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes)
• All shipping times are given in business days(no weekends or holidays)
• Free ground shipping to the contiguous US states on any non-sale dresses
• Shipping options and costs are based on the dress that you have chosen and your shipping address with an easy estimate calculator on every dress page
• Options may vary but standard options are Ground(3-5 days), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight
• Shipping method takes place from the date your order is ready to ship, not from the date that you have placed the order
• We are not able to confirm ship dates until the order has been placed and confirmed
• You can always upgrade shipping until the day your order as shipped

International Customers

• Shipped via UPS or DHL
• Shipping options and their cost are shown once you have added your address at check out
• Customer is responsible for any additional costs such as duties and taxes; we are not able to send your item as a gift
• We ship around the world as long as your country is able to receive packages
