Please allow 72 hours to process your order (not including Saturdays and Sundays) If you need the merchandise sooner, you have the option to select 2 day air or next day air for an additional price. Since we are not the shipping company, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost shipments once the package leaves our warehouse. Under most circumstances, we ship our dresses through UPS. The same day your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you the UPS tracking number. This way you can track your merchandise every step of the way until it reaches its destination. If for some reason we do not have your dress in stock or cannot get it by your wear date, we will notify you immediately and there will be no charge to your credit card.
