When ordering, please pay attention to the prom dress size chart. Our formal prom and homecoming dresses match the designer size charts exactly (give or take ½ an inch). Therefore, it is important that your measurements match the size chart as closely as possible to get the best fit possible. It is best to order the size that matches your largest measurement. You can always alter prom dresses to make them smaller but it is very difficult to make a small prom dress larger.

Please allow 24 hours to process your order (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). If you need the merchandise sooner you have the option to select 2 day air or next day air for an additional price. Since we are not the shipping company, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost shipments once the package leaves our warehouse. Under most circumstances, we ship our prom dresses through UPS. The same day your package leaves our warehouse we will send you the UPS tracking number. This way you can track your merchandise every step of the way until it reaches its destination. If for some reason we do not have your prom dress or shoes for prom in stock or cannot get it by your wear date, we will notify you immediately and there will be no charge to your credit card.
