Large selection of dresses. Great service.Very organized process for getting service when extremely busy. Select 3 dresses, register at computer when you have your 3, and wait for your number to be called for dressing room and personal attendant. How simple is that, right? They try to limit the amount of time allowed in dressing rooms during busy periods. No cell phones or other electronic devises allowed near dressing rooms. I was a bit taken back by the sign that read something like " feel free to tip your attendant". But there are so many "helpers" on the floor to bring dresses to your assigned dressing room who do you tip? If you need/want alterations, onsite service is available. Like an assebly line in a factory, if you find your dress, you are directed to an area for alterations. Your personal attendant from the dressing area places your personal belongings in a basket to help keep the process moving along. Afterwards, you are taken to shoes followed by accessories. Suggestions to help your visit: 1) Go to their website to create a wishlist of dresses you are interested in. 2) Bring wishlist with you to show attendant once in dressing room. 3) Not all of the dresses are on the floor, so don't get discouraged. If you have a style or designer in mind, tell attendant. The dress or a similar style might be in the backroom. In the end, my daughter found her dress, shoes, and accessories under one roof. It was a long day so it would be nice to have an area where they provide bottled water. But the trip was totally worth it in the end. Peaches, you are the best!Janice - 02/17

Prom DressWe ordered a prom dress for my daughter but it did not fit quite right. I packaged it up and returned it and was given a full refund.
