Based outside of Chicago, IL, Alyce Designs Inc., is a 40-year-old, family-owned and team-driven manufacturer of womens bridal and eveningwear. Alyce Designs has been nationally recognized for their "Distinguished Excellence" in prom, bridal, and special occasion dresses. Alyce Hamm, a native of Alsace-Lorraine, France, opened Alyce Designs in 1967 with her brother Jean-Paul Hamm, the companys President and C.E.O. In 1955, Alyce immigrated to the United States from Paris, where she trained as a costume designer at the prestigious Paris Ecole de Couture. Alyce herself is now semi-retired leaving the designing of their fabulous gowns to Jean-Paul and his team.
