WONDERFUL experience!!!!!When I called to order the dress for my daughter, the woman I talked to was AMAZING!! She was so polite and helpful!! The dress was delivered on the exact day I was told it would. I paid extra for a garment bag and when the dress came it wasn't included.....I called and they immediately apologized and explained that they were just incredibly busy and forgot and it would be sent right away. 4 days later it was delivered. Very Happy Customer!We live in Texas and the boutique here did not have the size in the Elle Wilde dress my daughter fell in love with and could not get the size in time. So, I found it online at your store and thankfully it was delivered quickly. I do wish it would not have been delivered in such a small box due to all the wrinkles but, we will be able to steam those out. Thank you for helping me make my daughter’s prom perfect for her!
