• Great Customer Service for Online Ordering
  The customer service for online ordering was great! I accidentally had the wrong size in my cart and didn't realize it until I saw the order details in the email that my order was received, was being processed and could not be cancelled. Once I sent an email explaining my mistake, to my surprise they responded within minutes, corrected my order and shipped the dress the same day. I also received another email stating they noticed on my account that I was returning a dress that did not fit. Since I was ordering the second dress, even though I did not do it as an exchange due to needing the dress asap, they offered to waive the restocking fee, which is something that I would have never expected. I would also like to add their return process was so much easier than with other online purchases I have made in the past. Peaches Boutique went above and beyond to help us to get the right dress and receive it in time to have any needed alterations completed.

  Peaches customer service was impeccable!! We are from NJ and went a store in NY and they tried tell sell a Jovani dress off the rack for $550 telling us it was $725!! I called Peaches and they had the dress in stock we did the transaction on a Saturday and my daughter had her cleaned, new dress by Thursday!! Thumbs Up to them

  With sooo many options to choose from, Peaches is definitely the way to go. They also carry so many sizes so there truly is something for every girl. The organization they have in the store is very good although I wish my mom could have had a little bit better access to my room. Overall I LOVED my experience at Peaches!

• Hard working sales associate!
  We received such excellent service from our sales associate. We tried on so many dresses just trying to find “the one.” Our girl worked so hard and was so helpful and pleasant. Her knowledge of the dresses and colors available helped us to find the perfect dress.
