Grateful for patience and persistenceMy experience was excellent! I came in for a non-traditional wedding dress. The sales associate Jalene spent 2 hours with me and was super patient. I tried on many dresses and was getting discouraged. Jalene was intently listening to what I did and did not like. She kept going back and forth to pull dresses for me based on what I thought I liked. The dress I ended up getting was completely unexpected.
