• The overall experience was amazing!!
  The overall experience was way better than expected . The workers are very kind and patient with all the customers. Found my dress right away with their help, even had my dress that I wanted from the website. No complaints!

• First experience
  I had never been to this boutique before and I initially didn’t know what to do. I quickly got the hang of it however, I asked some of the employees questions and I felt disappointed when I couldn’t get a straight answer. I saw a dress online and not in store so, I asked the man at the printing booth and when he explained to me that I needed to sign up and print out the picture, I felt that he was very cold and dismissive. I later asked another employee and he was very helpful, he gave me his full attention and was very knowledgeable. When I was able to try on my dresses, the woman who helped me was incredibly nice. I believe her name was Erika (not sure of spelling) but she was very sweet and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions and I ended up buying my prom dress from them. Overall, it was a pretty decent experience however, the one male employee did leave a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak.

• Prom dress arrived efficiently
  Dress came on time as expected. Minor issues. Slight fraying of strap. Few strings hanging from skirt. Otherwise great experience.
