The Disney World of fancy dresses!This place is a well oiled machine from the time you walk in. Everyone is helpful and keeps things moving. You are definitely going to pay up for a dress but there is an amazing selection of styles. I wonder what happens if you have a problem with your dress or change your mind before you wear it? Their policies seem ridiculously stringent but my gown is gorgeous and my experience at the store was excellent.shana - 01/22

Ordering a DressThey were AWESOME at helping figure out what dress I wanted, but ordering it was kinda a pain. They didn't have my size in the store so they ordered it for me and I got an email saying it would be in store in a week, and then I would get an email when it left their store for my house. What really happened was that it took 3 weeks to ship to the store and then I never got an email when it was sent to my house. Anyways two phone calls later I finally know where my dress is and can't wait to get it!Jennifer - 01/23
