• Saved money on name brand prom dress
  Ordered a prom dress online it was super easy , showed up super fast !! It was cheaper than any store ! Saved a lot ! It is beautiful !!

• nice dresses, but process is frustrating.
  I was a little frustrated that the dress I ordered, though available on the website, was not available after I ordered it. They sent me a text saying that it was not available and I had to pick something else. It would be great if they kept their inventory up to date so that when I was picking dresses I had this information available. Also, the return policy is very inconvenient. I really wanted to order the same dress in 2 sizes and try both on and see which fit best, and return the one that fit best. I would have gladly paid the shipping. However, I would lose 15% of the price of the dress if I did this. So, i ordered one and it was too big, so returned for a different size and hoped that it fit.

  Great Customer Service! My only disappointment is the return policy. I would have ordered several different dresses and sizes to try, but had to order one at a time since the only way not to be charged a restocking fee was to do an exchange.
