ManagerOn Sunday July 31 I had a bad experience with the manager. I had bought a dress, shoes, and some accessories for the dress. on my way out I saw a nicer dress and I ask if I could exchange all my purchases and get that dress, one attendant said she could exchange the dress but the rest of the things they needed a manager. When they call the manager she was very rude and didn’t even look at me and explain. She was just talking to the cashier and told her in a bad manner NO!!We don’t do that and questioned who give the authorization to do the dress exchange!! I didn’t see why not the other dress it was 360 dollars more, no alterations were made to the first dress. I had bought dresses there before and this is the first bad experience. At the end she just click one bottom and remove the shoes, I definitely did not like her attitude and the way she treated the attendant or me as a customer, no respect and rude. I ended up not getting the dress.Enojad!! - 08/2
