Efficient, but slightly overwhelming.We considered our experience successful, as we were able to find a dress in less than an hour. However, we were completely unprepared for the amount of rules and procedures we would have to go through to find a dress, particularly the rule about only being in the dressing room for 55 minutes. There was no mention of any of this on your website, so you would think the staff would be a bit more receptive to "first-timers" and be a bit more friendly. The only smile we encountered all day was from our sales attendant who assisted us in the dressing room. She was excellent and we left her a nice tip. But everyone else we spoke with, from the owner to the checkout attendant, seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than at the store. I understand it's a long day for the sales team, but a smile and a friendly attitude goes a long way especially when you're trying to sell us shoes and accessories after we have just committed to a $500+ dress.Elizabeth - 03/28
