Prom Dress PurchaseGreat selection and shipped on time - paid for shipping expedite. Had to return the dress as it did not fit as anticipated. However, did not see the "returns stocking fees" during the order; was not very "obvious." Perhaps return policy needs to be more transparent. Would have not purchased the dress if the 15% return/stocking fee would had been addressed clearly or being made more obvious.Rita - 04/13
